Rexy’s Fluffy Butt Hut is named in honor of Rex, an amazing service dog who was a big part of our lives.Rex had a way of making ordinary days feel extraordinary and difficult burdens easier to carry. He was kind, patient, silly, and deeply in tune to the people and animals around him. He has left a lasting imprint on us and we want to share that with the world.This business was created as a way to carry the love Rex showed us forward into something positive and giving. As a way to honor this love and everything he taught us. Every egg, every day of care, and every part of this little operation is a reminder of the bond we were lucky enough to share with him and the boundless, unquestioning love he had for anyone he met.Rex accepted everyone, led with kindness, and loved without question. That’s what Rexy’s Fluffy Butt Hut is all about. Creating a community based on love and a mutual desire to care for each other. One kind act at a time, we can make the world a better place, just as Rex did.Rex is no longer here with us, but he is still part of everything we do here. This name is our way of keeping that connection present—not through sadness, but through gratitude for the time we had and the love that remains.
